Who this is for
Actors and comedians with self-tapes, auditions and press junkets. Hosts, correspondents and podcasters who want to be sharper on air. Creators and influencers filming themselves every day. Executives and founders who freeze when the red light comes on. Working journalists who want a refresher on live shots, stand-ups and storytelling. Anyone who has watched themselves back and wanted to improve.
Olivia mentored and coached ABC7 reporters for years, and we've worked with talent and executives at organizations like Simply Salad, Slate Auto and USC. Olivia coaches every session herself, one-on-one or in a small group, and you spend most of it on camera.
What you walk out with
- A recorded session with specific notes on what to change
- A warm-up routine for voice and body you can do in minutes
- Your framing, lighting and eyeline fixed for self-tapes and Zoom
- A short list of habits to break and the one thing to keep doing
What happens in a session
Camera on from the first minute. You perform, we give you notes in the moment, you go again.
- PresenceEyes, posture, hands, energy and stillness. How to look like you belong on screen instead of like you're surviving it.
- Voice and deliveryPace, pitch, breath and emphasis. Sounding like yourself at your best, not a version you're putting on.
- The technical stuffEyeline, framing, lighting, teleprompter and earpiece, hitting marks and working with a co-host.
- FormatsLive shots, sit-down interviews, hosting, panels, self-tapes, vertical video and podcast video. Each one wants something different.
- FeedbackHonest, specific and kind, in real time. We tell you exactly what the audience sees and what to do about it.

Media training and AI training
from one team
AI in the news
Every interview now has an AI question in it, and anyone on camera is expected to have an answer. We prepare you for that question, and for the day a deepfake of you shows up.
AI for your work
Learn to use AI to prep, script and rehearse: research your interviewer, tighten your talking points and generate practice questions before you sit down. Want it set up for you? See AI business setup.
Formats
Hourly, half-day, full-day or multi-day. One-on-one or small groups. In person across Los Angeles, virtual anywhere or on set where you are.
Speaking on stage?
Keynotes, panels and pitches are their own craft.
